Return Window:
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, in its original condition, with tags, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
How to Start a Return:
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@chingonassocialclub.com with your order number and reason for return.
Important:
Returns must be approved before being sent. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
As our products are made-to-order through our production partner, return addresses may vary depending on the supplier. We will provide the correct return address once your return is approved.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at contact@chingonassocialclub.com so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Non-returnable Items:
We do not accept returns for:
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
Exchanges:
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
